Front Seat Chronicles

The new season of Front Seat Chronicles has been posted on the internet.

For those not familiar with this award-winning internet series - simply, yet rather dramatically, two characters discuss a “life situation” in the front seat of their car. Different topic, different actors, and a different outcome for each episode. It’s a 10-minute ‘snapshot’ of everyday life; focusing on difficult, progressive, and often compelling subjects.

Front Seat Chronicles: First Date

The script that I’ve written for this new Season 4 is titled, “First Date.” As is often the case, I pull from “real life” situations when writing my scripts and other pieces, and this one is of no exception. I guess you could say that it pays homage to my mother Marge, who passed away several years ago, as the plot follows a widower who reluctantly embarks on the next chapter of his life.  The episode is piloted by the talented feature film director Nicholas Kalikow, with Bill Lewis as Marty, and Joseph Gilbert as Jack.

Front Seat Chronicles: Everyone Knew

If you haven’t watched my first episode written for this series, just go to the homepage menu and click on Season 1. The episode was the season finale, and is titled, “Everyone Knew.” It addresses the topic of Autism as it follows a soon-to-be-divorced woman, Emily (played by Lara Butler-Wickman) and how she is handling the diagnosis of her 4-yr old daughter, as she struggles to keep it all together. What she doesn’t realize is that sometimes your closest angels in life (Ted, played by Gabriel Rissa), might literally be sitting next to you.  The episode is directed by series creator Allen L. Sowelle.

Raising the Bar

I recently flew out to Hollywood to be interviewed on-camera for a Q&A session that may be used if the series gets picked up by a cable or network TV station…pretty cool experience!

I thank you for taking the time to visit this website, and your continued support of my work. And please-- check out some of the other episodes while you are there, as the cast and crew involved in this cutting-edge project are a diverse bunch of incredibly talented folks!
